It’s not too late to enter!
This month is all about awards. Well, one particular award event with one particular award category in mind. Drum roll please…. ufurnish.com, the UK’s No.1 furniture finder platform for consumers, has announced the ufurnish.com Home Awards 2026.
As part of these awards, it includes ‘Best Furniture Retailer’, which is sponsored by RetailSystem. And it’s not too late to enter. In fact, entries close on 13th April, so now is the time to put your business in the hat, which then goes to a public vote.
Why enter?
Well, being part of one of the industry’s most covered, and coveted, awards bring attention to your retail business – right in the face of consumers. Plus, if you’re crowned champion, it serves as top recognition and badge of honour to shoppers in the furnishing space. There’s no reason not to enter.
If this is your first time learning about the ufurnish.com Home Awards, the overall goal is to recognise all the amazing people who create and share their beautiful interiors and designs of their own home, including content creators, influencers, home innovators and bloggers.
The 2026 Home Awards is the pinnacle of celebrating home content creation in the UK and it is anticipated that more than 1,000 entries will be submitted from exceptional talent across 18 entry categories, including the ‘Best Furniture Retailer’ – sponsored by RetailSystem – just in case you missed it above!
The shortlisted entries will be open to a public vote to get the all important public opinion, which officially opens on 11th May. The Awards will conclude with a glittering Award ceremony in the Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel in London on 19th October.
From personal experience, I attended last year’s awards event and it was a fantastic experience, providing a great setting to network, meet new people in the interiors space and pat the Dulux dog – the latter being a particular fan-favourite throughout the day! Yes, the Old English Sheepdog was really in attendance.
The ufurnish.com Home Awards marks its third year of the event, which has grown exponentially over the previous two occasions, making this award showcase a key occasion to be a part of. Did you know that the event attracted 22,920 public votes across 1,003 entries? Another nugget to empathises it’s growing popularity.
Who won last year?
I know what you’re thinking – who currently holds the title of ‘Best Furniture Retailer’ from 2025? The answer is Laura James, with the retailer still showcasing its recognition at the top of its website today, as well as featuring a special blog post on the win. Something to inspire future winners perhaps?
